Runnin Off the Rails is an upbeat country rock song and MELISSA ROBERTSON’s first single to radio coinciding with the release of her debut album My Beautiful World, a 12 track country/folk album featuring 10 original songs. After the success of her EP Ride Of Your Life, the title track of which was shortlisted in the Australian Songwriting Associations Competition with two more of Melissa’s songs Wouldn’t’ Be Without You and Deep In The Ground being shortlisted two years later. This year, Melissa’s songs have once again made the list in both the Country and Folk categories from which the top 25 songs will be selected. Melissa launched her debut album at the Canberra Country Music Festival in November and will perform in Tamworth again next year for the third year in a row.
