AMBER JOY POULTON has enjoyed great success with her debut album Taking Goodbye and it's about time she released the title track! Taking Goodbye was awarded the South Australian APRA Best Traditional Country Song of 2010 and has great personal meaning for this talented singer/songwriter. "Sometimes you can be staring a bad situation in the face and not realise that if you could just move on and take goodbye, there's a good chance something better is just around the corner". These thoughts have certainly run true for Amber Joy. Since the release of the album, she has been living the dream with three songs already achieving success on the Top 30 charts, winning two songwriting awards and her last release Break Even making the Top 10. She has made appearances all over Australia including Tamworth, Mildura, Gympie Muster, Boyup Brook and more. Amber Joy supported KENNY ROGERS on his Adelaide tour and will be aboard the upcoming Cruisin' Country performing alongside SARA STORER, GINA JEFFRIES, BECCY COLE, JOHN WILLIAMSON and ADAM HARVEY to name a few.
